Az eredeti receptből valami hiányzik nem tapadt eléggé rá a kókusz a tetejére. Majd kikísérletezem mi nem mert amúgy finom lett nagyon :)</div><br /><b>Hozzávalók:</b><br /><ul><li>25 dkg liszt</li><li>18 dkg cukor</li><li>4 tojás</li><li>5 dkg vaj</li><li>2 dl tej</li><li>3 teáskanál sütőpor</li><li>1 teáskanál vanília aroma</li><li>porcukor </li></ul><b><u>A tetejére:</u></b><br /><ul><li>15 dkg kókuszreszelék</li><li>15 dkg barna nádcukor</li><li>10 dkg vaj</li><li>0,5 dl tej</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify">A tésztához a tejet meglangyosítjuk, a vajat beleolvasztjuk. A tojásokat a cukorral habosra verjük, belekavarjuk a vaníliaaromát, a sütőporral elvegyített lisztet és a vajas tejet. 30x22 cm -es ütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe simítjuk a tésztát és légkeveréses sütőben 180-190 fokon 20 percig sütjük. Amíg sül, a tetejére a vajat megolvasztjuk, hozzáadjuk a tejet, a barna cukrot, a kókuszreszeléket és kavargatva összefőzzük. A forró tésztára simítjuk, majd a sütőt 170 fokra visszavéve még 10 percig sütjük.
